Dig Through the Ditches

oops that didn’t work!

Nadia, I didn’t say I was very successful rollerblading with the pup…he was still all over the place!! I think I’m better off wearing him doing sprints in the backyard first and THEN taking him for walk.

I’ll leave the biking/blading for later when he can focus better and therefore I can do and don’t wind up falling on my arse or getting rolled over on by my bike.

Ceasar Millan makes it look so easy.

Check this out though!
(and the dog looks exactly like Lewis!our dog)

Are you mocking me you land mermaid?

Oh, I like the cut. Very youthful, light, flirty and fun!

Super cute!

I’ve been here since the beginning of all this craziness and I want to be here to see it through and BEYOND with you all as well. I like yous guys.

The only difference is that lifting with the sole purpose of getting stronger is not at the top of my list. I want to look good nekkid. There I said it.
And there is a 95% chance we are getting stationed in Hawaii and I want to look good in a bikini too.

I’d say more than half of you logging here are lifting with the sole purpose of getting stronger. Granted for the body to change you have to add weight so in a way I am getting stronger.
But I still feel outta the loop.
And I feel outta place when I want to write about how awesome spin class was or how I made it through the day without eating my kids cookie.

I know how and why this forum came about in the first place and I want to respect that.

MIMSY!!!

You, just like all PWers, know that being strong is being healthy, and being healthy is being strong - and both these things take on different meanings at different stages in our lives. And how we envision our health and our strength compared to others doesn’t make them any less important, or any less meaningful. NEVER!!

And I for one like seeing the ways you’ve transformed “healthy” and “strong” into different meanings along the years. So you better see this through!!

Don’t make me come out of hiding, or I swear I will…grumble, grumble…and I will hug and squeeze the living…grumble, grumble…until you scream for mercy!! Now get back there and tell me all about those cookies you didn’t eat…smack

Kisses!

You should NOT FEEL OUT OF PLACE FOR ANY REASON.
This is your home and we love you and we WANT TO KEEP track of you ERRRRYDAY.

Also, if I can contribute spray tan and thong panty advice in rando Powerlifting threads you has NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF. I promise to step-up my vanity induced irrellevant shennanigans so that NOTHING you post will be noticable in comparison.

Hey Mimsy, checking on ya…you know you are one Strong Chick in many ways and with all the support you get in this forum, you belong !!

Rollerblading with the pup, awesome pictures! I would have either broken ankle, maybe mine, maybe his…

…First let me say, LOVE THE HAIR, sexy shoulder swoosh FTW

Im not a PWer but HEYYY whats wrong with just wanting to look good nekkid?? Hmmm?!!

Are you forgetting, nobody is tortured to go to your log, they go there because they want to.

Now spin class IS a form of torture, I need me some of that soon!!

Just saying hi, pretty girl. I like the new cut. Flirty. And you can still put it up.

You mentioned that being stationed in Hawaii is probable. That could be sooo much fun. When would you go and for how long?

Uh, hello, have you been in my log?

I bitch about spin class, and menz, and my hair, and not eating cookies, and looking good naked ALL THE TIME!

I’m doing a figure plan right now, and I have never felt out of place here. You shouldn’t either!

HEY ! There are many ways to be a powerful woman that has NOTHING to do with powerlifting!

Betty, your natural fit is figure anyway.

Pulling a heavy deadlft may not be for you.

Serious dude those lats and legs…thickness of your arms. I’ve been telling you you aren’t a powerlifter for like a year now. Lol

I’m the only person on this site who does actual pump work and fst7…

Numbers to me don’t mean shit. Its how you lift that really matters.

Idk

do your thing
