At the gym:

3 RDLs

As many rounds in 20 min…I got 10, LOLLERSKATES!!!
my endurance sucks it big time.

Then did walking program DAY 3

As I walking along I realized I was the only one walking. everyone else was jogging/running about. Even the severely obese woman next to me was jogging. :confused:

And from where I was peeping into the aerobics room where there were doing this cool looking body flow/pilates class…and I was thinking how much it would hurt to bend and twist my knees about.
I should be grateful for what i can do but can’t help but think about all the other things I’m missing out on.

I have an appt with my pricky dicky ortho guy on MOnday. I know the first thing he gonna ask is how my weight loss has been going…jerk.

But Im gonna tell him whats up. Would he be offering me solutions/other recommendations if I didn’t have 20-30 lbs to lose?

Yeah, I understand your frustration. I’ve managed to start benching again but damn I miss running. I’m getting loads of emails from the company that organises the 10K series I usually run, and they’ve added a 15K this year. So want to do it. So can’t. Grrr.

Workout sounds very Crossfit-ish. AMRAP totally kicks your arse.

I don’t understand how your dr is telling you to lose 30lbs! He wants you competition lean? While I understand you want to lose it for your own goals, you are at a healthy BF level aren’t you. You don’t seem unhealthy in any of your pictures. 30 lbs is a lot! Is he looking at you or just reading a chart? I’m incensed!

I like cardio-ish/enduracne part of it…stuff I can’t get with traditional cardio. I miss hill sprints :frowning:

At my last “lowest,” weight I was 182. I could stand to lose 20lbs, which as you said, is my goal anyway…but I wish the dude would shut up about it as if that is going to solve all my problems.
