Yeah, but I don’t. I find anything thicker than skimmed milk to be disgusting in tea. I’ve been drinking skimmed since I was 16 - everything else (even semi-skimmed) seems viscous and gross. Although I like cream when it’s on puddings and such (or squirted on top of a latte or hot chocolate). So yeah, the tea is not primal. Other than that, I’m doing my best to stick to it this month.
Anyway, it’s fantastic that you feel you have some energy, finally. And the pup is adorable! Thanks for posting those pics.

I thought I wrote about this yesterday but…
My hubby got advanced to 1st class petty officer yesterday!!!
His Chief called me while I was vacuuming of all things and explained it all. Apparently they didn’t add in the necessary points in from the last couple test from when he was overseas. He SHOULD HAVE made it off of the last test.
Someone at work caught the error and THey’ve been keeping this under wraps until all the correct paper work was finalized yesterday morning… YAY!!!

We went and surprised him along with all his command. He was clueless!!!
what an AWESOME DAY!!! I’m just so happy that we know what is happening next in our lives. He gets to stay Navy and finish out STRONG. Karmic Retribution at it’s finest.
Now I am taking him in this morning to get his knee fixed up. He’s been walking around with a torn ACL since May!
Congrats to your hubby! That’s a result. Let’s hope the knee heals up nice and fast.

ya, the people at the medical clinic sent the hubby on his way the first couple times he went in for the pain…no x-ray. Was told it was just swelling. 3 months later he finally got an x-ray and then sent for an MRI.

I feel his pain. I’ve had this bloody foot thing since, what, the end of June? Took me until Autumn to get a podiatrist appointment and now my appt. with the ortho surgeon is in March! (That’s for a look-see, not surgery). Yes, it’s free on the NHS, but 9 months? Ridic.
But good news on the MIL front - she sounds like a good soul.

Can’t wait to find out where we will be moving to for SURe so I can enroll in some classes. We’ve decided that if there are orders on Whidbey, WA then we’re moving cross country!
We’d be on the same coast as a lot of family and friends. Plus the vibe seems to match our lifestyle there. Accept for the lack of sun and hotness. But we’d be traveling a lot(cali, NV, etc)
