I walk a lot. Been doin yoga and if pilates counts?? I was riding my bike but it’s getting colder. Now adding stretching to the mix.
Funny, I didn’t start hurting until AFTER I took a break. The soreness is definitely concentrated more on my left and it goes into my hip.
Gym was good. Missed it! I did NOT miss the knee pain though. How aggravating.
Hmm, I have just noticed that some parts hurt well after I workout. Think it might be that certain muscles seize up & just get cranky once it is inactive.

which sucks! but obviously its need for my stringy back. Also if you do write to him he like to know the answers to these questions:
What is your pullup goal?
What is your training goal?
What is your training age?
HOw many pullups can you do now? (I think he generally wants to know how many you can do in a single set. But you can also tell him what you did for your last pullup workout and how that went if you want too).
HOw much do you weigh?
HOw tall are you?
Pullups or chinups?
no pressure! but its been helping me! …in other lifts. my back’s so weak…but this is helping me stand up taller while i brave pullps! you can also search the q and a for me and alexus’ names/ author harry selkow and see what he’s been telling us. and lots of people ask him for pull up help! alllllll ages, abilities, sizes. its cool!

Patch- I’m pretty silly all the time actually. It’s hard to exude that through the internet sometimes unless you knew me IRL.
And ya, the legs. I’m happy. Probably the only good thing genetically I got from my Father. That and broad shoulders/back. I don’t think it will take much to maintain.

yesterday was walking.
This morning more walking+pilates.
I’m trying to stretch as much as I can…and I sit on my exercise ball while at the computer. So far nothing. I know it’s only been a week. Yesterday while I was walking my hip flexors were acting up too…grrrrr.
And I decided that I am going the PTA when I grow up.
there seems to be more opportunities than there are for RAD techs.
And it appeals to me more. And there a lot of different areas you can get into.
When I close my eyes I can see myself HAPPILY dooin it and that’s important. And I’d know how to Physical therapy myself, LOL!!
So now I just wait til we get to where we are going and apply!
In the meantime, I want to back to for a quicky job skill. There seems to be a need for Medical Assistants over Pharm Techs, but I reeeeally don’t have an interest in being a medical asst.

oh darn, it’s raining. guess I’ll be riding the bike instead.
