Difficulties in Achieving Orgasm

You didn’t explain anything, you just ranted and raved. You did not explain how aromatase inhibition by itself is a harm to the male body.

Your theory is ridiculous, aroma hangs out in dense lipid cells (fat cells). So when you burn fat, you are inhibiting aroma.

You are confusing low estradiol with aromatase inhibition and through that process you are giving really really bad advice.

E2 causes high blood pressure, breast cancer and prostate cancer!? Hahahahahahahaha!

You’re kidding
… Right?

To add further, almost everything we do in TRT comes from bodybuilders, doctors and the medical field in general were clueless for decades.

It was the body building community that in fact recognized E2’s beneficial properties long before doctors did, they also realized T did not give you prostate cancer long before the medical community did.

We owe a debt to all the bodybuilders that experimented on themselves with testosterone, cause without them, the medical community would still think TRT is bad for you today.

You are just a newb who needs to take a deep breathe and realize there are people on these boards that have been around a long long time, like me, that understand endocrinology better than any doctor you have ever met.

You should be taking notes, not chastising.

No, I am not kidding. Elevated E2 in fact causes all those things.

I am not confusing them. You don’t want to block E2 at any level for any reason whatsoever.

AI INCREASES visceral fat. Did you know that? Do you know that men LOSE visceral fat when they stop taking an AI and allow E2 to raise naturally? Did you know that giving an AI to someone who is obese is the worst thing you can do as they desperately need to lose visceral fat?

Estrogen does not cause those things. Please provide the study you have that demonstrates E2 causing harm because the researchers I deal with would LOVE to see it. You would change the face of TRT forever if you can provide this magical study. I’ll sit here and wait for it.

AI does not increase visceral fat, low E2 does.

Giving someone an AI without testosterone would be bad yes, but this is because E2 is responsible for redistribution of android fat.

That doesn’t mean taking an AI is bad, it means that dropping you E too low is bad.

In fact, someone who is overweight will have more aromatase enzymes, and once they start injecting T there E2 is going to skyrocket, so they will probably need some anastrozole. But as I have mentioned to you earlier, it is case by case specific. Not everyone needs it.

But to say aromatase inhibition is bad for you just blatantly FALSE.

Here is one of our clients before and afters, I guess we don’t know what new are doing:

Now I am going to go eat breakfast, and when I am done I am going to paste all the medical literature showing you E2 is responsible, maybe you will actually read it instead of parroting terrible information about TRT

Again, you keep making conflicting statements.

You’re stating that low E2 causes harm. Agreed! When there is a lack of E2, problems happen, because E2 is essential and critical for health. So then why the hell would you want to control or block it once it starts to go up?? And, yes, AI ABSOLUTELY increases visceral fat and healthy levels of E2 will REDUCE it.

Yea no duh if you knew anything about TRT you would know both low and high E2 are bad for you!!!

I tell you what, could I have you on our next podcast and you can demonstrate your claim of ‘high e2’ causing harm? Would love to have you on as a guest. Would that work for you? Just ensure you’re prepared

Whenever your ready, I don’t need to prepare. I understand interventional endocrinology better than most people on this planet, because I have been doing every single day for a decade now.

@increasemyt - can you elaborate or define “Elevated E2” a little better please? Does that mean just outside the top of the range or 3Xs over the top of the range?

Any clarifying info is appreciate.

We start correcting E2 when it gets over 50.

For years the medical community thought it was testosterone that gave you prostate cancer. Now we know that it does not.

So what do you think was the cause of confusion? What happens to men hormonally as they age that would increase prostate risk?

E2 elevated certainly does cause ED.

I note that when mine gets elevated, this occurs. And how does it get elevated? Optimizing Test levels, i.e. increasing them.

How come it is a general occurrence with supra doses of test as well? It’s the ELEVATED E2!

I don’t even know why I’m adding my 2 cents here and getting involved. Someone doesn’t seem to wanna listen.

How can I get in touch with you? I want to get this scheduled as quickly as possible.

T decreases and E increases?

This is an interesting conversation. Glad to sit back and watch this one.

Furthermore, increased estrogen generally equates to increased serotonin, which is why one has a difficult time orgasming.

I know men with E2 over 120 that have erections like steel. I know at least ten personally with E2 over 100 and no issue in that department whatsoever. However, their free T levels are most likely higher than yours. Mine is at 45 and I can assure you I’m doing great.
