Difference in Peak/Trough On Twice Weekly?

For anyone who has tested labs on a twice weekly protocol… what is the difference in TT, FT, E2 the day after an injection, and say the day of the next injection? For an E3.5 Day protocol.

Also for an E3.5D protocol when would be the best time to check trough? In between injections or on the day of the next injection?

By definition, the “trough” would be when your levels are at their lowest. That would be immediately prior to your injection.
