Dieting for leanness

Coach,
Just hoping you could give me a few pointers on some quick and easy meals that you throw together as part of your diet regimen. I need some variety in my diet. I noticed that you seem to have a very busy schedule and it’s possible that you might not have the time to cook the 2-3 times a day where you don’t consume a meal replacement of some kind. I guess I’m just looking for an example of your typical daily diet. Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

I’m afraid that I won’t be of much help! I’m a cook’s nightmare in that I don’t really have a love affair with food. There’s actually very little types of food that I like. That’s why extreme diets fit me well, I havce virtually no cravings (except for candy). When using a keto diet my diet can consist of steak, cheese and fish oils 5x per day and I’ll be perfectly fine with it.
