Dieting Based on Workout

Ok so I’ve been testing out different dieting and nutrition based on my workouts. Just looking for advice on what to eat, when to eat it, or just maybe a link to a useful thread. To start I’m 6’5" 260lbs roughly 17% bf right now at 25 years old.

I do crossfit in the morning around 7-9am then head to the gym to do more of a specialized workout such as biceps, triceps, DB work. Most of the barbell/ powerlifting is done at the crossfit gym. I then head to work from 11-8pm then go home and get to bed around 11/ midnight. These workouts are about 3-5 times a week with running mixed into 2-3 times a week.

Just curious based on this workout routine what would be the best nutritional approach? Being this size I’m looking to drop my bf to around 10% ideally and weight around 220-240 but still able to run. Any advice or suggestions?
