Thanks for all the comforting thoughts on the cheap protein. I thought 5lbs. was worth $30, regardless of whether or not it was isolated or microfiltered. Now I need help with my overall diet. I need to get shredded before April. I’ve been living on 1 1/2 times my weight in protein(cheap stuff), Vitamins(so I don’t die), and an ECA stack(mostly to get up for workouts). Yeah, this may sound stupid, but two months isn’t that long. So far, I actually look bigger, and I haven’t lost any strenghth. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Mills, if you are on a cutting phase and using cheap whey as your sole protein source, you will likely lose too much LBM. Since you seem to be on a budget, order yourself some cheapass casein powder from the protein factory. It tastes like ass, but it does the trick. Also, as Demo Dick suggested in your other thread, whole food protein sources are quite cheap.
