How strict are your diets when bulking? After coming off T-Dawg 2.0 and having good success, I’m 2 weeks into bulking now. I’m starting to wonder, if I just want to gain some muscle mass, do I necessarily have to be as strict as I was while dieting in terms of what I’m eating?
Depends on how easily you gain fat and how much fat you’re willing to gain.
If you’re Massive Eating there are a lot of “cheat” that aren’t too bad if you do them right.
I typically tend to ‘diet’ when bulking as well. I will generally eat a lot more of the same foods, and will introduce some foods that I wouldn’t typically diet on.
That, and if I want something, I eat it.
However, I still count things.
