Diet question

Ok so like you renegades i need to up my food consumption, quick question, im thinking of adding 2TBLE of nat PB to my night meal, any reason why this would be bad?
Current Diet
Breakfast
Oats and Milk Powder

Snack
Oats and Milk Powder

After WO
40g whey
2 cups milk
2 TBLE corn syrup
2 fruits

predinner
tin tuna
can of peas or corn

dinner
chicken and veges

at night
4 eggs, this is where i want to add the pb, cause i try to follow massive eating guidelines, yet cant handle heavy food in the early morning before wo.
Any suggestions? Comments?

You’ll be fine. It’s hard to tell from your post how much you’re already eating, but an extra 200 cals from natural peanut butter with your last meal should only help if you need to add some extra cals.

Yeah, with all the R training I need extra cals so not too lose too much weight, although Im at a point where Im considering staying or maybie even adding a few lbs.
