Currently i’m 180 lbs and have been following this diet to help gain some mass. Think i’m getting enough calories?
Meal 1
2 peices fruit
2 cups milk
1 scoop whey
Meal 2
12 oz lean ground beef
ff cheese
1 tablespoon olve oil
califlower
Meal 3
1 can tuna
1 scoop protein
spiniach
1 tablespoon olive oil
Meal 4
8 egg whites
1 scoop whey
1 oatmeal
1 slice WW bread
FF cheese
cauliflower
Meal 5
1 apple
1 oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 scoops whey
Meal 6
veggies
2 scoops peanut butter
2 whole eggs
1 scoop whey
1 tablepoon olive oil
Post workout shake is 2 scoops whey, 5 grams creatine and dextrose.
Think this is more of a cutting diet than bulking? Or should I just add a few more calories throughout the day?
