So I’m looking to give Tren another chance. Its a love/hate relationship it keeps pulling me back.
However since I am not coming ‘off’ for a while now (a year or so) I dont mind the shutdown it gives.
So this is what its looking like so far:
Test Prop 30mg EOD
Tren Ace 30mg ED
Dbol 20mg ED (for euphoria, nothing else)
0.25mg Caber EOD
0.5mg Adex EOD
500iu hCG 2x/wk
So Ive been on the Ace for roughly a week now, started at 20mg ED and it was ok, no sides so I upped it to 30mg ED 3 days ago. All seems well so far, sleep is a little light now and feeling hot but no depression or ED so far. Libido is fine.
My main question here is diet related.
My macros currently sit at ~260g protein, 340g carbs, ~90g fat.
My main question is how does my carb consumption look? Too low im guessing you guys will say.
I know it all depends on my body and how I respond, but what does that number look like? Im finding it hard to get anymore then that into my daily macros.
Your tren dose seems a little low, If I remember correctly you had a couple terrible experiences with it so I do not blame you for playing it safe. My cycle and nutrition are similar to your, except for the fact that my protein is significantly higher at ~400 grams, my fat and carbs are in the same ball park.
My results for body composition have been good so far as I am losing fat and gaining muscle even though that is not my primary goal.
I do not feel right giving you advice as you are much more experienced than I but I feel if you could bump anything up it would be the protein, if you time your carbs around your workout I do not think 340 is that low.
I really hope the tren works out for you this time man.
heres my take on the diet as far as carbs. if ur workout intensity energy level and fullness are all satifying to u then leave the carbs where they are or even lower them to fit in the protein in as it is more important for tissue growth. im 230lbs and lean and i eat about that in carbs so i think ur fine. also im assuming ur goal is a recomp not an all out bulk. the only way in my opinion to up protein without upping food volume too much is liquid egg whites shakes and aminos

For protein when I was younger I could eat more and had the time to eat every 3-4 hours and appetite. Now I do not have the appetite so much. Protein shakes are the only way I get what I need protein wise. I at least do 3x50g shakes a day, and sometimes another 2-3 20g shakes as snacks or middle of night when I wake up. Plus I do a handful of BCAAS, I mean a generous handful pre-workout and sip a light protein carb mix during workout, and hit 70g shake post workout. Makes a huge difference for me.

Thanks for the consideration with the Tren, I hope it works for me this time too. I am very cautious hence why I started the dose extremely low. But so far so good.
BUDs, I was originally on 270g of carbs for the first 2 weeks before Tren (prop and dbol) and I gained 4kg. I weigh myself every tuesday and this week there was no weight gain hence why I decided to up it to 340g for another week to see what happens.
In regards to your post, I feel that number is OK even though currently its hard for me to hit that number without over-eating, bloating myself and not having an appetite for another meal.
Also ive noticed Ive had to scale back on the protein to fit the carbs in.

I’d say if your energy levels are good and its not effecting your lifting then leave the card alone. If your trying to gain wait maybe up the cals instead. Myself without carbs I have no energy, I eat just over 500 grams of carbs a day and still stay lean, I guess it’s mainly to do with my job as its physical work non stop all day. For the protein, egg whites man, don’t even cook em just chug em down
What carb sources are you using? I have found when I lower the fiber I can smash a lot more protein with my meals while keeping the same amount of carbs. I eat a couple pounds of white rice a day, it is not filling, you can eat it quickly, and it goes well with any meat. If you are really worried about pooping you can throw some psyillium husk in before bed so it does not fill you up for your regular meals. Also honey works in the same way, it is straight easy carbs and does not fill me up very much.

I eat the shit outta rice, doesn’t fill me up that much and allows me to get all my carbs in

Carbs are fine. IMO the more protein you eat the better, but its friggin hard to force feed yourself for extended periods of time. How was the holiday?
My main sources of carbs are baked beans, wholewheat bread and banana’s. I sometimes eat potatos as a change but mainly beans and bread.
Protein sources are chicken breast, extra lean sausages and protein powders.
I dont really get much rice in, I try to stick to low GI carbs and brown rice is absolutely disgusting.
MG, the holiday was madness. Ended up spending a grand over my budget lol. Came back with a sore knob aswell haha.
Oh and to anyone wondering about AAS and alcohol, I was on 30mg Dbol and drinking like a horse every night for 10 nights and my liver ALT was SLIGHTLY elevated, thats all.
I am not encouraging it, just reporting my results.

Orgy holiday? Who said it was an orgy holiday? It was a quite vacation with the lads to see the sights and relax on the beach
I wouldnt mind the high fat approach, however I find it hard to eat high-fat meals purely due to the small variety available.
the high fat thing takes a bit of getting used to, but it can be done. You need to get used to cooking with a TON of butter and incorporating it into any sauce you make.
three quarters of a tin of coconut milk in your protein shakes is mega sexy too
Just a little update, Ive dropped the test now to 25mg EOD and so far so good.
Depending on demand from the Tren Monkeys out there, I may turn this into a log.
I react very harshly to tren (in a good and bad way) and if I can run it successfully then anyone can so I feel this log may be useful to some noobs that are going to consider running Tren soon.

Been on the Tren a little over a week now and the only sides Ive noticed are a slight increase in aggression and lighter sleep.
Last night I did sweat a little while sleeping but nothing too bad.
Libido good.
Appetite good.
Mentally good.
Physically I am looking leaner everyday, and so far I have put on 3 pounds of muscle in the week I’ve been. This is purely muscle gain as I have dropped BF at the same time.
Strength has gone up also.
I like to think so, I personally have leaned out a bit while gaining since cutting carbs down and increasing fats, but that could be due to the fact I eat a lot cleaner now…
I would be interested in a log if you could be bothered to keep one. Tren is definitely on my horizon

Yes log this cycle. I’m planning on running same compounds just about double everything though.
75mg/day Tren A week1-10
25mg/day Test P week 1-10
50mg/day Dbol week 1-4
Adex .25mg EOD
HCG 250iu E3D
As of today I have upped my Tren dose a little. So currently it looks like this:
Tren A 40mg/d
Test P 20mg/eod
Dbol 20mg/d (split into 5’s)
Tren strength has kicked in (day 8), I got 10 reps out of 140lb dumbells on the flat bench. This was my previous best roughly a year ago, the same lift last week was roughly 100lb dumbells lol.
I have never experienced Tren like this so far.
No insomnia
Little sweating
Slightly impaired cardio
No depression (main issue for me previously)
Slightly puffy nips, nothing too bad.
Increased vascularity
Insane pumps
Dry look
Insane fat loss already (lost all fat around lower back area)

P.S yes I have also lowered my Test dose, will keep lowering till I feel libido is being impacted, then I will keep that variable constant and increase Tren.
