Diet Modifications

Srow, glad to hear that you’re seeing results. Downright addictive, isn’t it? (grin)

Re the fish oil, I generally take mine with my tuna fish. Add a little mayo, a little celery and onion, a little cayenne pepper . . .

The trick is to go online, www.fitday.com, or purchase what is called a nutritional desk reference to get what are called nutritional values (i.e., protein grams, fat grams, carb grams, fiber grams, calories). Corine Netzer has the most current one (hard back, about $30). She also has a paperback version (more abbreviated).

Nutribase is also another good option, but they have 3 or 4 different versions, and you need one that has all the things I listed above. Amazon.com allows you to preview the pages. Do that before you purchase.

I actually found a pretty good site:

www.gnc.com/health_notes/

Just click on Food Guide in the lower right hand portion of the page. Free, easy, and extensive!
