Any tips on my diet? I don’t eat the exact same thing every day but it stays around this:
wake up
6 eggs
salsa
4 servings full fat cheese
protein shake or couple cups of full fat milk
chicken thighs throughout the day skin on, average 5 a day
whatever my mom makes for dinner,
and I drink a 1/2 - 3/4 gallon whole milk every day.

usually throughout the day, theres an extra 400 calories consumed in random things like peanut butter, nuts, or leftovers from last nights dinner.
My current lifts: 455 dead, 370 squat, 245 bench. Goal: To get huge, 250 lbs. It is, but any help diet wise that could help me reach my goals quicker is useful. I’m a tall guy, 6’2 so it is slow filling out. I’ve been lifting for about a year.
Addition: The reason I lack direct carb sources other than milk is my first bulk when i started I did carbs fat and protein and got fat, I’m trying to avoid putting on 30 lbs of fat this time.
