Diet for Destrying Fat?

I just began the “Destroying Fat” program this week and I was planning on combineing this with the “Get Shredded Diet” but I’ve been reading that the calories may be to low for this program. Does anyone have any idea how many calories I should be taking in a day or which diet plan I should follow. I’m trying to drop down to single digit bodyfat in the next 6 weeks. Any help would be appreciated.
