Fix that immediately, you should have always have goals in every facet of life. Also, you have not included the macro breakdown of your meals or daily intake, which is the most important part.
You’ll need to make sure the whole day is in some sort of caloric balance with your expenditure.
And while some of the meals sound nasty (cottage cheese with flax oil? blergh), it’s generally pretty “clean”, which gets you ahead of about 99% of the country.
OK, I readjust that: My goals are to first be healthy, then increase lean body mass, decrease body fat percentage, increase strength, and look more athletic/“fit”
Based on those goals, how would you adjust my diet?
You’re asking people to do at least one hour of work for free.
Just wondering, when people post these diets, do they follow the exact same diet every single day?
I ain’t gonna lie, the meals you got here look pretty boring…how about mixing up the chicken with some other meats (my favourite is probably beef). That’s just from an enjoyment POV, though.

I literally eat the exact same meals every day of my life. Sometimes there might be a slight variation, such as an apple instead of a banana, but other than minor things, I pretty much eat the exact same diet every day.
