What do you suggest, I want to try a 40,40,20 or a 50,30,20 diet, both when bulking and cutting but can’t figure out how to get my numbers. I want to run 2 bulk cycles and then a cut cycle, i will have time off in between the cycle’s to recover.
I want to gain as much mass as possible but keep fat to a min. I know I’ll gain some fat, but I don’t want to get really high up their.

Paul, you should definitley try a 45,45,35 diet. It has worked wonders for me. I like a bulk and cut cycle at the same time. It’s called a bulkutcycle.

Oh, absolutely. The bulkutcycle diet has gotten me into negative bodyfat percentages. The other day, I hurt myself while deadlifting by dropping the weight onto my chest, and the doctor was able to diagnose my broken ribs without x-rays, I’m that cut up !
45,45,35 may not work for everybody, but Paulsy should give it a try.
