Here are the pics after 3.5 weeks. I am npw at under 25% bf and wanted to know if the calipers is right? I have some veins in my arms and some in shoulders and chest when pumped. Also I can see my triceps clearly than beforeCan you visually estimate my bf %… Also is intermittent fasting good for muscle reterntion or should I go low carb?
People see fat loss results with both methods.
I’m not 100% familiar with the Renegade Diet, but if it’s the one by Jason Ferruggia, he knows his stuff, so you should be on track if you actually follow whatever the plan is.

Yeah my clothes are loose now and some that didn’t fit me now fit greatly. My height is 6’0" and I weighed 202 lbs initially and now I weigh 191.2lbs. Also these pictures weren’t in pumped but relaxed state.
