Die Fatty Die

CoachMorris

I see what your saying. But if you read the article, he’s saying die fatty because saying nice things don’t work.

I know the whole reason I started to loss weight wasn’t because a friends told me they were worried about my health. It’s when my friends started leaving “tittimon” cartoons of me (as a Pokemon pet with my man boobs) taped to my cubicle. These where my friends. Was it mean? Yes. Did it work? Yes. And I thank them.

You have to piss someone off. Get them mad. Give them motivation. Tell them to smarten up, loose weight, or die. Because they will.

sugarfree, former fatty.

A couple of days ago in his blog “Longer More Harder” or whatever its called, Chris talked about a dude in Starbucks`asking him how much jogging it would take to burn of the cals in a pastry.

Well, this is where he’s getting it from:

So if it is the best place to come, why not let them know about it and not say things like Die Fattie? [/quote]

Because they’d never come to a site with diet and exercise information. However, if you piss them off they may come read it. Some who may come read it might get snapped out of it by that slap in the face Chris gave them.

I’m pretty sure Chris or anyone else on this site doesn’t really want fat people to die. That blog looked like it was designed to cause a stir and get people talking by taking an extreme stance. If a few obese people read it, they’ll probably get angry first then maybe start thinking about the underlying message which seems to be ‘you’re killing yourself and only you can save your life.’

Chris marketted the message very well and I think it’ll help the people who actually get it and need to hear it.

Is it pretty safe to say that you haven’t been invited to be the Keynote Speaker at the next “NAFFA” convention?

This website is pure stupdity at its finest;

They should rename it www.wearepigs.com

That blog was incredible, it encompasses all of my feelings about fat and lazy people much more eloquently than I myself have ever been able to express.

But speaking of Oreo’s

Outside of my friends shop, there is a big Oreo billboard with this slogan

“Zer-Ohs… No trans fats”

By the way, what ever happened to T-Nation’s workout program for the morbidly obese?

I was under the impression that it was a simple three-step process.

  1. Don’t eat crap
  2. Go work out
  3. Repeat

It seems simple, because it is.

NO FCKING SHT BROTHER! AMEN TO THAT.

Bastard F*ck Guy

Listen, We do know why we’re fat we like to eat.
I’m 6’2" 310lbs
I do 6 reps of 405 on the bench and squat 600lbs for 8 reps.
But I eat everything and drink beer daily.
If I quit the beer and the subs, burgers with the works.
I could be 250lbs. But I like to eat no denile here.I’m a proud fat man.The others that ask for help need a tummy tuck or just get to the gym.

I’ve completely with Dave2 on this one…

I don’t speak for Chris…but just knowing his writing style over the years, this is one (among a few) things that he’s written meant as “tough Love” or a “swift kick in the ass” for the Obese…NOT a “free ticket” to justify some of the hate-filled diatribes I’ve read…

There is NO WAY IN HELL that with the hundreds of posters on this site that you all have beautiful, buffed and ripped mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and Loved ones…check yourself and look in the eyes of that obese person you love the next time you want to refer to them as “they” or want “them” all to die…

Amen to that! Ignorance is not an excuse. They may not know a simple carb from a complex carb, but they know fried food, fast food, and pastries are bad.

I enjoyed the article, and it gave me a kick in the hind too.
My goal is to gain, and I thought to my self: If I dislike the severely obese how can I face myself if I don’t start taking care of my own diet/training.

Enjoyed it immensly.

Merry Christmas Bob is still my alltime favourite CS piece though

“Merry Christmas Bob” is a classic!

Quite disturbing. Making heavy duty beds so the fatties can have a comfy bed before they get their gastric bypass procedure done.

It says that one of those “fat bastard” beds can cost up to $6000 bucks!

You can get 260 tubs of Low Carb Grow! for that much.

you can buy 15,000 granny smith apples at the mccafferty’s in princeton for that much.

you could have bought 6000 crowns of organic broccolli at the wegmans in princeton during last weeks sale.

you can buy 1500lbs of lean organic ground beef at mccafferty’s in princton for that much.

what is my point?-sleep on the floor and eat some real food.

First off, it is not Fat people that I dislike, it is fat, lazy people who take no responsibilty for their actions that bother me.

I can only bench 275x3. Why? because I don’t train hard enough. My fault. The only way that will change is through my actions. I either accept the fact that I am weak or I do something about it. I choose the latter. I choose to sweat and bleed to make myself better, it is my passion, it is my obsession.(calvin klein)
I don’t care whether you are pulling a tractor or curling soup cans, as long as you are striving towards a goal then you have my respect. If you whine and complain about the unfair hand that life has dealt you, then I want to slap you upside the head, and you will only recieve ridicule from me, because I am a jerk.

And I know that I have complained about my shoulder being torn. I go to physio and do my crappy little exercise so it will heal, I do what I have to do.
Yes, there are members of my family who are fat, I don’t want them to die. But if they don’t shape up, they will. and they know this, I tell them, and they tell themselves. So they try, and I help the best I can. With support and knowledge.
