Chances are if you read all the stuff in the beginner forum and apply yourself you’ll gain 15 lbs at least by mid summer. I’d recommend John Berardi’s last article (he gives a sample diet from when he was younger), and the Anti Bodybuilding Hypertrophy program. I know most people would disagree but if you’re dying to blow some money on supps try Carbolin 19 (along with a crapload of food).
Also… size isn’t the most important part of fighting so you might want to work on some technique. The Tao of Jeet Kwon Do by Bruce Lee covers a lot of important stuff along those lines…
ground and pound i dont fight standing up ill take em down to the ground and beat the shit out of them im a stought little bastard from what people say about me i cant work out with that much but i have picked up a 275lb guy and slamed him on his back and then continued to break his nose

Good point - the true story behind roid rage incidents:
Kid takes D-bol for 4 months & tells all his friends he’s on roids. Then he get’s arrested for beating up a 275lb fat kid because he was angry the roids didn’t work…

my buddies have been using test for about 2 months and gained alot they said they could get dbol for me if i didnt want test so i figure dbol would be safer than 1500mg of test a week like there doing they are however getting huge and im still average
Let’s give him credit – he at least came on here instead of just listening to his friends.
One d-bol tab per day, some Winny once/week (keep it low).
I’m too damn old to try the above but that’d start you out right, IMO.

Goddamnit Harris, our political differences aside, that was the best damn post I’ve read in a long time! LMAO!!
I hear creatine can put on 80lbs of solid muscle in 2 months as well as enhance your performance to such a degree that youll be automatically entitled to any bank loan you ask for. …
nevermind that creatinine poisoning kills thousands of children every day and is the leading cause of spontaneous combustion in the elderly. …

Spontaneous human combustion, now thats funny i do have to say i got a kick out of that. Hey look i used a comma and a period; how do you all rank my sentence structure.

How fucked up can your chest look when you are only 145 lbs? Does it look strangely like a ribcage?
i am average but if you look in the physique and performance photos you will see gottatrain’s pics he is prety big and i think he wheighs about 147 so im 2 pounds under him but not as ripped as him.

Grammar. You mean how do we rank your grammar.
Sentence structure is way too complex for you at this point. You just keep using them periods every so often, and we’ll start working in things like a “semicolon”, “apostrophes”, and maybe even an “ellipse”…

The same weight does not mean the same composition.
His numbers were:
Raw Bench - 275
Raw Dead - 325
Raw Squat - 290
Do you lift anywhere near that?
Not too mention he stated that he has manipulated his diet, and been as heavy as 175-190 over the last ten years, and had to bulk and cut for a number of years to get it right.
If you work your chest and traps, and are looking to score some d-bol because you think it is a shortcut, then don’t compare yourself to him.
Pick a program, lift hard, eat more, and come back.
no i dont lift that and no i dont look that good but i have been fat at the 190 range a little over though
all i was saying is he is 147 i am 145 pretty close even though he is ripped a hell of alot more than me. i just had to say this because of the chest comments you can wheigh under 200lbs and look good
oh my hats off to this guy though he does look damn good to be 2lbs heavier than me we should get some gloves on and go a coouple of round for the hell of it j/k
Instead of spending money on all the stuff and PCT, can I make a simple suggestion?
Buy one of those roasted chickens you see at a grocery store every day, and eat it. Also, buy a gallon of milk (chocolate is ok) every day and drink it. Do basic, heavy lifts: power clean, sumo deads, decline bench (for in the mount).
Do those things, skipping the gear. You will truly get huge and powerful and your gains will stick.
Good luck!!

Ahh… A whole chicken and chocolate milk, one of my favorites.
People are forgetting the hardwork involed in this game. Do you think your body wants to have 30lbs of extra muscle on it while maintaining a low bodyfat%? This takes work, hard work, and quite a bit of knowledge in how your body responds to training/diet.
I dont look at it like how long did it take me to get my bench from 300 to 400???.. but WHAT did I have to learn about training to get there.
If you havent gained this knowledge then you are not ready yet for anabolics. Reach your potential, then add chemicals.
