ok, i tried the chicken thing and it isn’t for me. For 1 i got 2 legs the breast and was drinking the milk at the same time just to see if i could do it with in about 30 minutes it didn’t work about half the milk was gone i took another drink; well that chicken is down the toilet with about a half gallon of milk and im hungry…
fuckin chicken made me sicker ‘n’ hell.
And about the roids i wont do roids untill im older and more knowlegable about work out routines and also I will add some weight and age. so well thanks every one for the tips and stupid ass remarks; I guess ill keep away from it for a while. Oh i have to ask im sure some one will make a smartass remark but i have started to lift more on my shrugs and theres a sound, it sounds like a weat spong being squashed comming from my left trap and upper left back WHAT IS THAT???
And something else both my rotator cups pop and crack like rice crispies when im lifting over 60lbs WHAT IS THAT???
Now look i am new to lifting and ill probably get flamed for this remark but what the hell ive never made these noises should i get checked out at the doctor because well it does hurt some what but id rather work out than sit around… should i just not worry about it and take a chance.
