ok, i tried the chicken thing and it isn’t for me. For 1 i got 2 legs the breast and was drinking the milk at the same time just to see if i could do it with in about 30 minutes it didn’t work about half the milk was gone i took another drink; well that chicken is down the toilet with about a half gallon of milk and im hungry…

fuckin chicken made me sicker ‘n’ hell.
And about the roids i wont do roids untill im older and more knowlegable about work out routines and also I will add some weight and age. so well thanks every one for the tips and stupid ass remarks; I guess ill keep away from it for a while. Oh i have to ask im sure some one will make a smartass remark but i have started to lift more on my shrugs and theres a sound, it sounds like a weat spong being squashed comming from my left trap and upper left back WHAT IS THAT???

And something else both my rotator cups pop and crack like rice crispies when im lifting over 60lbs WHAT IS THAT???

Now look i am new to lifting and ill probably get flamed for this remark but what the hell ive never made these noises should i get checked out at the doctor because well it does hurt some what but id rather work out than sit around… should i just not worry about it and take a chance.

Work up to eating the whole chicken, dumbass. If you go from your current diet (3 cornflakes and a chup-a-chup)to a proper bulking diet (an ass load of meat, vege, pasta and milk), of course you are going to spew. Work up to it over a month or so.

If want to get anywhere, this is going to take perseverance and dedication. You might actually have to do something more than once.

I’m glad you decided to give the roids a miss for now - GOOD CHOICE.

With regards to the noises you’re hearing - make sure you have GOOD form on your exercises and if it continues go get it checked out. The last thing you want is an injury when you’re still young.

Now go eat, lift and work on that grammar.

1 sausage egg & cheese /dairy queen
3 school lunches /little ceasers
3 fish filets /mcy d’s
1 classic grilled chicken sandwich /mcy d’s
1 bag of hot fries
4 20oz mountain dews
6 anavol caps
6 t3 caps
6 aminovol caps
some times up to 5 protein bars 30g’s apiece i can go to 7 bars and skip 2 filets but i like my filets

on occasion i squeeze a double cheese in there from mcy d’s

i like fast food ill probably die of high blood pressure and blocked arteries…

so yea i need a better diet

would some one give me a good diet im sick of reading flex and muscle mag im in school so i cant eat all day oh and i work out between 8 and 10 at night some times i will do a couple of curls before school if i have time. ive herd the best time to work out is in the morning when your natural test is at its highest is that true

oh i think it was the milk that made me spew not the chicken… at a buddies house we tried to drink a gallon in 10 minutes everyone threw up… even me so that kinda rouined me on milk in large quantities i think i could eat 2 of those little chickens a day there only like what 2lbs?

if it hurts your doing something wrong… . how could you have developed injuries so soon? inproper training… . get off your ridiculous routine and start from scratch… . youll make better gains and end up with a healthier body as a result. …

Come back to here and post with a basic knowledge of how to train with weights.

About the chicken: yes, you can’t suddenly jump your cals. Sorry, should have been more clear. Build up slowly. Try something you might like more, like bagels with lots of peanut butter. You need lots of calories and at your age, you’ll grow like mad.

Most guys don’t rea;ize that simply upping your cals will achieve much of what you want.

These guys have just done about 3 hrs of work for you. all you have to do now is read it. Once you read it, you must retain it and actually learn from it. I will give you a head start again.

preheat oven to 400
place chicken breasts in a glass cooking dish
fill dish halfway with spaghetti sauce
cover with foil
cook for 45 min

this is a simple and easy way to make good, healthy chicken which you can eat any time of the day and take anywhere with you. i live off of it.

i feel your pain, i was an 18 year old kid once. I was 170 pounds and 6’4" (that’s pretty skinny and I had no pecs at all).

  1. I started reading and listening to people who knew more than me.
  2. I started lifting properly.
  3. I ate everything in sight (chicken, beef, fish…not just protien bars).

Creatine and other leagal supps work but not if you don’t have those three points down. I got up to 210 without even protien powder by the time I was 19 by working hard. I’m 26 and 225 now and still haven’t juiced because I am still making gains on my own. I probably will but not until I know what I’m doing by doing my own homework.

I would listen to these guys because they have your best interests in mind.

PS - You are going to have a hard time getting advice if you don’t show people a well thought out cycle plan with PCT. If you don’t know what that means read the newbie threads.
PPS - It also helps to properly structure a sentence. You need full sentences seperated by periods and fewer spelling mistakes.

dont worry pal im 17 and im on dianabol and its good ive experienced good gains and an good increase in strength i have 6 weeks on 4 weeks off and my training partner told me that course and hes entered alot of comps and has been doing it for 5 years you do lose some gains but not all gains ps just go for it

HAHAHA…why do these kind of threads always bring out the geniuses? Hey fuck it man, not only should you take the Dbol but throw in some Anadrol for good measure. I wouldn’t take any anti-estrogens because they’ll only take away from your gains. You’ll get even bigger and do it faster. The cool thing is you’ll get some HUGE bitch tits to fondle in the mirror all night. Which would be great when your fat and greasy as fuck and probably injured as well.
