150g of protein is NOT a lot. You want to get to 160 lbs? Try to eat AT LEAST 250g of protein a day and 400g of carbs a day. You should probably go for more.

As noted above D-bol alone really won’t get you what you want. Almost all of the gains from dbol alone will be water, which will dissappear a couple weeks after you’re off it. The Dianabolan is overpriced knock-off, which will be a waste of time. As said before do more incline work for your chest. Eat a big breakfast, eat meat and potatoes and other whole foods, drink alot of water, and eat like a madman.
If you have someone buying the supplements for you, then go for it, otherwise most are a waste of your money that could be better spent on groceries. Creatine, NO2, Glutamine, and all that stuff did very little for me. I did see benefits from an EFA supplement, but all of that can be obtained from a strong diet.

I weighed 160.lbs when I was a running cross country in highschool, and still made some gains on what was a piss poor diet.
Diet has really been the key factor in my growth.
Dbol is very temporary, and messing around with aas can stunt growth.

No one is looking down on you for being young, its for thinking you need chemical enhancement at that age. look I’m only 23 but if you don’t know anything about it then you shouldn’t be doing it. your best bet if you want any kind of answer is to list your training and diet, still oretty sure everyone will tell you to stay away from AAS, you don’t need it. you might get some info on how to train and diet to meet your goals. the way you descripe your pecs and the general tone of your posts seems like you are a newbie to lifting as well in which case any supp would be superfluous.
at this point you should not be able to type because you should have a fork in one hand and a shale in the other. this is the way you are going to gain size at your training age. hey I’m prob just hating on you for being young though do what you want but don’t expect people to tell you what you want to hear.

steroids are not a magic pill. even if you did all your research like you should(which you didn’t because you would have found out the answers to your questions quickly), and had your cycle and pct all laid out AND you got REAL D-Bol, you still would be dissapointed with the results. why? because you need the proper foundation of training programs and diet to see proper results. and you know what will suck? when you come off the cycle, even before you lose all your puffiness from the D-Bol you’ll still be smaller then guys who train naturally. your natural test levels are so high you do not need to take steroids. now, if you do insist(which you will regret later) at least do yourself a favor and get the proper pct. all of this is ok though, because you have to start learning somewhere. do your research. steroids are a science.

Newbie you have a long way to go. It doesnt matter how much juice you use if your diet is not in order you’re gonna lose it all anyways and if you’re not ready to inject then you’re not ready for steroids simply put. We have all been there even though there are quite a few veterans so at least I know where you’re coming from.
But you need to use your head before you jump into this. Im 31 years old and my metabolism is like a rocket. I had trouble keeping my weight and if I dont eat at least 4 times a day I will lose weight. In order for me to gain any weight I usually drink about 4 shakes about 600 calories each with 55 grams of protein and 85 grams of carbs. Its hard for me to get my meals sometimes so I have to replace them with shakes. Overall, I will have about 7-8 meals a day which includes shakes.
At your age Newbie I suggest just do your creatine and plenty of protein and carbs if you want to grow. That alone and hard work you should be on a path to your goals.

Chances are if you read all the stuff in the beginner forum and apply yourself you’ll gain 15 lbs at least by mid summer. I’d recommend John Berardi’s last article (he gives a sample diet from when he was younger), and the Anti Bodybuilding Hypertrophy program. I know most people would disagree but if you’re dying to blow some money on supps try Carbolin 19 (along with a crapload of food).
Also… size isn’t the most important part of fighting so you might want to work on some technique. The Tao of Jeet Kwon Do by Bruce Lee covers a lot of important stuff along those lines…
