If nothing else it is in part a great cook book for meals that will hav little or no impact on your blood sugar.
I had an older colleague who was hit by quite severe diabetes later in life and I bought him a copy. Lost of couple of stone over 2-3 months and nearly halved his 1ac without meds. His doctor wa sin disbelief that he’d lowered it that much with just diet changes.
