DHA/EPA Supplentation

I’ve heard conflicting information about the best ratio of DHA/EPA, and which is the more beneficial for reducing inflammation, improving lipid profiles etc.

Anyone have some input on what I should be looking for when supplementing with fish oil and the ratio of DHA/EPA? Right now I’m supplementing Now Foods with 180 EPA, 120 DHA.

Doesn’t get better than this! I’ve been taking it for years.

I see Flameout has a DHA/EPA ratio of approx 2:1. Why is that preferable to a lower ratio, or a ratio with higher EPA?
