I’m in to watch you get swole…broseph… Never heard of the routine you’re doing, but looks like a good one for your goals.
I hadn’t either until GrindOverMatter recommended it. Seems like enough of the three main lifts to not get rusty on them while simultaneously getting as swole as 6 weeks of BB type training can get you lol.
My 25 lbs of protein, 1 lb of creatine and 5 lbs of waxy maize arrived. The protein looks RIDICULOUS. It’s just in a HUGE clear bag. To be fair, I’m splitting the protein 50/50 with a friend, but still. SO MUCH PROTEIN EQUALS IM GONNA BE YOKED BY TMRW
I like rep bench and deads, but rep squats are no fun :/.
Dave you seem like a funny person, are you funny in real life? Have people told you you were funny or do people typically laugh at the things you say? i am just curious.

he is funny in person…you know in a laughing at sort of way
haha just kidding, he gave me a great spot on bench today.
That is so cool that you have friends in real life posting in your log!! I am jealous. I have been trying to get my mom to join and post in mine, but she isn’t very computer savy.
Good job at your meet. Why such a narrow grip for bench? Nice quads too.
I wouldn’t want to lose
Thanks, overall it was pretty good meet for me, especially if I had of just taken the deadlift PB.
I had a little pec strain that left me out of benching for a couple weeks. I decided to bring my grip in a lot so I could get back sooner as it felt better on my pec. I’ll try to work it back out, but it kind of feels more natural this way anyway.
