Dextrose and EEA

Considering Dextrose and EEA during workout. How fast will Dextrose be available to replenish glycogen? How much dextrose?

Do you mean EAA, or is EEA yet another TLA?

EAA, sorry. Any recommendations? Brands, Amount?

Dextrose in raw form absorbs pretty quickly. I use 1 scoop of this intra WO. 1 scoop is 20000mg cluster dextrin and 10g EAA. Also has a bunch of other great stuff. Can def feel a difference when using it.
No GI issues at all even on leg day ad the flavor is mild.

Hard to say. It will depend on how hard you train. For me 1 scoop of the field rations gets me through any WO feeling great.

Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin is a better peri-workout carbohydrate.

I know it’s a little pricey, but Surge Fuel is the best peri-workout supplement.

Before Surge Fuel I used Demoday by Axe & Sledge. One of the two carbohydrate sources is highly branched cyclic dextrin.

Thanks for your reply. Field Rations and Surge are too expensive for me, I will put something together.

Just go with bulk cluster dextrin and eaa’s
