Been lurking here for a while, loving all the great info and finally decided to post a log. There won’t be any lifting on here for awhile as I’m still in recovery from a car accident that happened exactly 3 weeks ago today. My back and neck are not allowing me to do much at all. It’s depressing to see my new garage gym setup that I can’t use yet. :frowning:

About me: 36 y.o, 5’11’, currently about 225-230lbs, was training more functional fitness/GPP before the accident.

Anyone here have experience with the graston technique for soft tissue injuries?

Tried light bench yesterday.

Neck and shoulder didn’t like it. Also dealing with shoulder injury due to accident .
