Been lurking here for a while, loving all the great info and finally decided to post a log. There won’t be any lifting on here for awhile as I’m still in recovery from a car accident that happened exactly 3 weeks ago today. My back and neck are not allowing me to do much at all. It’s depressing to see my new garage gym setup that I can’t use yet. ![]()
