The video mistakenly says 640, it was 645lbs. Also, I’m starting to pick bad habits pulling. Chest is out over the bar. Going to limit deficit pulls next tie. I have bad habits getting to the bar. I need to Pull “back” as oppose to pulling “up.” I have to clean this up for my meet in 3 weeks.
