I appreciate the kind words.
how do you figure out what numbers you’ll hit for the day?

My training is percentage based. I just don’t write out my percentage numbers because it’s not my personal program. It’s out of respect for the guy who wrote it for me.
Week 7, Day 3:
a. Deadlift, Beltless -
535lbs 1x3
565lbs 2x3
600lbs 2x2
b. Bench -
315lbs 3x3
c. Block Pull -
575lbs 2x3
Notes: 600lbs for doubles, especially beltless is a new personal best for me. I’m content with how this Transmutation Block went. Onto to a deload and then the final phase: Realization, begins.
very impressive! what do you think that will put your max belted at?

I’ll find out March 23rd
When you were doing 531, what kind of percentage/progression scheme were you using with your second lift of the day? I’m considering getting back to doing full body, though I’m pretty sure I can only handle 3 FB workouts a week right now versus 4 like you were doing.

The percentages are
55% x5
65% x5
75% x5
That’s for the whole month. You don’t up the weight until the next monthly cycle.
I thought it looked similar to the 531 5s week. Thanks for the help.

4 weeks out from my meet. Fully Transmutated and now to ascend and become fully Realized.
accumulation is mostly hammer strength stuff right? from what I understand about block training you add in some pumping stuff during transmutation to get blood into the area, followed by realization in which you’ll hopefully able to get that BW lunge
the cube3D ebook will be out soon
