Hahaha, you’re welcome. I figure the people that lurk my log would appreciate the video updates of my training and get a more concrete picture of it.

My training is similar to Tuchscherer’s. I haven’t incorporated paused deads, I think for my build, deficits seem to better suited for me. I’d recommend those to tall(er) lifters since deficit’s would be too much to ask for a taller guy to do safely.
