370-400lbs for 5x10 on Squat and 445 for 5x10 on Deadlift

Months 1-3: BBB 3 month Challenge
Months 4-5: Offseason For Strength (from 5/3/1 for Powerlifting)
Months 6-7: Pre-Meet Training to Meet Prep (from 5/3/1 for Powerlifting)

With no meet for a while, I rather stick to a simple program for now. I intend to use Block when the next important meet is coming up.
