Destroying Fat Journal

Hi everybody. I’ll be going through heaven here following Chad’s famous article. For those who don’t remember the link:

Destroying Fat

Wish me luck! I’m expecting GREAT changes/improvements in the fat, lean body department.

If anybody has had any success following Chad’s plan, please, step in and give us some inside.

Off to do my first Heavy Weight Chest/back Workout. Stats, BEFORE pics and such will follow later.

Cheers.

If you are pained by external things,
it is not they that disturb you,
but your own judgment of them.
And it is in your power to wipe out that judgment now.

I’ve dabbled in the program you are doing, but my recovery time wasn’t all that great… Those circuits are a beast!!!

Yep, it’s really fun. I’m doing the first circuit tomorrow morning. For how long have you stayed on the program and what about those results?

Take care.

Today’s training:

Bike ride: around 70 km
Total time: 2h 40 min.

It actually wasn’t as hard as I thought. I enjoyed myself a lot.

Honestly, I didn’t stay on the program long enough to see tremendous results…maybe a few weeks? blush

I’m starting a NEW EASY diet tomorrow:

Only 4 weeks, lucky me.

So it goes like this. IT is a ketogenic diet:

3 types of days
Type 1: Fat 70%, protein 30%, Carbs <20g ( Fat dominant)
Type 2: Fat 50%, protein 50%, Carbs <20g ( Equal ratio F&P)
Type 3: Fat 30%, protein 40%, Carbs 30% ( The Zone Diet)

Calories: 11x BW in pounds.
I know it is a piece of cake.

Week 1

Mon -Type 1
Tue -Type 1
Wed -Type 1
Thu -Type 2
Fri -Type 2
Sat -Type 2
Sun -Type 3

Week 2

Mon -Type 1
Tue -Type 1
Wed -Type 2
Thu -Type 2
Fri -Type 2
Sat -Type 2
Sun -Type 3

Week 3

Mon -Type 1
Tue -Type 1
Wed -Type 2
Thu -Type 2
Fri -Type 2
Sat -Type 3
Sun -Type 3

Week 4

Mon -Type 1
Tue -Type 1
Wed -Type 2
Thu -Type 2
Fri -Type 3
Sat -Type 3
Sun -Type 3

I did Destroying Fat and lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks. Lactate days are brutal, but worth it. Be creative in the lactate days, I mixed it up most days to keep it interesting.

Good training.

Thanks.

I play tennis and the nature of the game is very lactate- inducing.
