Yeah, lifted today.

It went:

Bench:
140KG: No lift on technicality, I forgot to wait for the rack command
140KG: Good lift, very submaximal, wish I could’ve changed my attempt to 150, but the meet was weird about it.
162.5KG: No lift, probably could’ve gotten 157.5, I wasn’t stapled by the bar it just didn’t accelerate fast enough

Deadlift:
185KG - Good lift
205KG - Good lift
215KG- Good lift

Bench was approximately a 20 pound meet PR, and deadlift was approximately a 70 pound meet PR. Deadlift was an all time best beltless. I had gotten the heaviest bench in my weight class with just my opener.

Won my age division, but I honestly don’t even know if there were others in my age division (I’ll have to check when they post the results), so I am not counting this as anything.

Just caught up on this log since its now thanksgiving break, and man, what a fun read. Your lifts are impressive as hell man. Lot of good work in here. How old are you btw?

19 as of November. I have a new log for you to follow if you want, it’s an oly log instead of powerlifting. And thanks, mate, I try!

Any recommendations on increasing the enjoyability of the log?
