20 minute incline treadmill.

Gyms are officially closed, as many of you already know or are experiencing, so it’s the home gym from here on. Set of adjustable dumbbells up to 50lbs, an adjustable bench, and a treadmill. Been sick as a dog for the last 8-10 days, assume I’m dying of corona virus. My project of ‘not eating like an asshat’ has been paying off well, down from a high of 225 in December to a new recent low of 206 and change this morning, goal is to be about 195 by the end of the quarantine, simply going to do whatever I want for workouts for the next couple weeks. Lots of upper body, a few squats, and maybe even a few abs, it’ll be good to have a break from ‘heavy’ training/goal training.

Meh… I hate air squats. Also, working out at home makes me a lazy fuck. But, I’m focusing heavily on diet and intake control. The goal of sub 200 should be pretty straight forward. Just hope to maintain some muscle to show hahaha

Yeah, still doing 4-6 days a week. Shorter workouts, but I look at it as a much needed full on deload, and it gives me an excuse to continue outfitting the home gym, ha.

Family is good, everyone is healthy and isolated, I’m still fully employed, which is excellent (oil and gas has been deemed ‘essential’) and we’re getting lots of extra family time.

Not much else. Got a cheap doorway pull up bar, thank goodness. Strong backs are the foundation of any big lift, so I figure if I get real good at pull-ups I’ll come out of it ok.

Sounds like you and @MarkKO need a pull up challenge. Glad to hear you are all good. We aren’t at full lock down over here yet (it will come). Whilst some logistics will be essential I am not sure retail will be. We may have to stay open for inbound only just to clear containers off the wharf otherwise there won’t be space to bring essential goods in. I have enough leave so ok for a while if I have to stay home. Trying to self isolate as much as possible but it amazes me how many people don’t listen to or understand the advice. Stay safe mate and stay strong,
