9 was rough, and 4 and 4 wasn’t much better. I hit the “jump” cue much better on the second two sets, though.
That’s just the fatigue I think. It is for me anyway.
My thoughts as well. After a slight deload or a few days away, you’ll probably hit something crazy @Despade. Solid training going on here
We all see it as we proceed. AFSAPs and AMRAPs are done pretty comfortably at the start, then suddenly it takes more and more sets and fewer and fewer reps are possible. It’s completely normal. Then we peak suddenly we got a heap stronger.

What type of leg press machine do you use? I just started going to a commercial gym to play with new toys and they have one. In all the videos I see online they seem to all be a sled type machine. The one I used was some type of pivoting machine that you essentially pick the weights straight up when pressed.
Its a cybex that pivots. Not a sled. I like it.

Make a YouTube account and just hit upload. Once it’s uploaded, hit share, there will be a weird hyper link. Copy and paste that here, the forum will do the rest.
Use your iPhone to cut the video to just what you wanted that way it cuts down on upload time
Instagram works well.
Exactly what wanna be and Mark said above. Instagram will only allow shorter vids, I think the limit is 50-60 secs.
