+1 for this. Grabbing a DL bar after training on a stiff bar is like using cheat codes.
This would be what kills me. I could deal with no touch deads (sometimes I accidentally do a couple no touch deads during a set because I typically just lightly tap the floor anyways), but those short rest periods might lead me to an early grave.
I’m excited to see what kind of PRs you will smash after giving this a proper run!
