Chest, doing an experiment with a Slingshot, found our maxes today on it, gonna run our program with it for 6-8 weeks and then max out without it, see how it does.

We figured out that on your chest it’s about 75lbs of help, 45lbs at ~6" and then obviously decreasing through the range of movement. It’ll be interesting, and it felt cool having 405 out over my face
It felt much better than expected, two back days a week feels like it’s giving me a stronger squat for sure, I think it’s helped make up for dropping deadlifts, because while I love them, I feel like that juice just wasn’t worth the squeeze anymore (move my log to ‘I’m too soft for real lifting’ )
