Shoulders feel good, 225 moved as well as it used to. Bench is stagnant at the moment, squats are brutal haha that 355 moved fine but that fucking Texas bar kicks my ass, it was also after a full 10 hour day of actual work in the cold and snow so I’m using that as an excuse
Weight has been 224-226, feeling ok,

Finally have hit the tipping point of self hatred to start paying attention to what I eat again, things are getting reined back in, just need to exercise a little will power ha

Bought a yellow slingshot from mark bell years ago, and my buddy and I decided to mess around with it as we’re both a little beat up. That thing is a cheat code
385 was no struggle at all, kept everything tight and my pec felt great, talk about lulling you into a false sense of security
I think I’ve genuinely got the triceps for a 385 bench, but fuck me I don’t have the chest for it haha so it was a workout, but it doesn’t count. Found out it works well on incline bench too, 225 felt light as hell. I feel more annoyed by this workout than anything else

I’m tired, boss. It’s no wonder my boy is an animal, he fuckin pushes. Can’t complain, it works. Finding out most of my deficiencies were mental, cuz fuck if he’s beating me haha the way things are moving it legitimately feels like a 500 squat is on the table down the road.
