I don’t know if this will help, but I was thinking maybe instead of taking both Saturday and Sunday off you could switch your workout up so that you work out Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, then take a break on Wed then you go back to working out Thursday and Friday and break on Saturday.
I don’t know, I just thought I would throw it out there. Instead of taking 2 days off in a row and feeling completely lazy make it so you are at the gym one of those days during the weekend.
Just a thought, take it or leave it.
