I took some pics because Bug asked for it but I think they’re out of focus, I’ll post them if they are alright. I hate being introverted though, it’s a pain in the ass for me to post pics or even pose. What a bodybuilder I am.
Good session today. I kept feeling “Lee Priest-like” because the shirt I was wearing today was an XXL and it made me look even shorter lol, plus I like to fold my shorts a bit above knee level when squatting so it created a big contrast between my legs and upper body. I think it’s safe to say I’d gladly give up some leg size in return for some upper body mass…
Funny that now I’m squatting using a low bar position. I used to squat with the bar resting on my traps, but oddly enough it’s extremely uncomfortable for me to do so now. Anyway, I noticed there’s an 100lbs bridge between my squat and DL numbers. While I could probably squat heavier, I don’t want to. 4 months with no real squats were enough to make me forget how to do it.
So yeah, the other pictures were making me look bigger than I am and I really don’t wanna create illusions about my size. I may be strong but I’m not that big.
@pbclax: Hell man, I could still walk in a straight line, I’ve must have done something wrong…lol
@Hlss: Bar and weights. This time I’m sure how much the barbell weights haha.
About my weight:
Since I’m logging everything here I should probably mention there was a few circumstances sometime ago that caused me to a lose weight and mass. People who know what I’m talking about know what I’m talking about.
Alright I can probably get away with this one. Pic is distorted as fuck, dark as hell, and full of shadows. It’s also giving the impression I have one lat bigger than the other, but this is due to trying to hold the camera, keep it in focus and flare the back at the same time.
Drawn a comparison between this one and my avi and there you go.
Ha, don’t be modest dude. I mean these aren’t the clearest of pictures, but your back is wide and thick, and you have some very solid looking arms, top to bottom. And the wheels are good. Soooo yeah, i’d say you’re doing pretty fucking good, considering you look relatively lean (11-14% bf ish?).
Couldn’t get my head into it today. I’m pretty much getting annoyed all the time and I have constant impression my physique is “fluctuating”, some days I wake up and feel big, some days I wake up and feel fat or weak, today I woke up and felt like shit.
Skip laterals ended up more like a DB upright row than a skip lateral.
At least I know it’s safe to rotate pressing for triceps in again.
Hahaha Not that big? You’re a monster, dude! Great numbers, too. I’m trying to catch you on bw so I can start lifting a bit more. My goal is to be over 230 by the end of the year, hopefully >12% bf.
Currently sitting around 213 after a 218-205 drop when I went on a 5-day cruise. LMAO
Also, I listen to a lot of metal (heavy metal, metalcore, deathcore, etc.), and post a song I really like on my log each day.
Man, you are either the most humble dude in the world, or not objective about yourself at all. I creep the T-Cell and you’ve definitely made crazy progress.
I had written a post replying to everyone but I guess it didn’t show up…
@Bug: Thanks brother, the nice words really mean a lot to me Anyway I don’t know what my current BF is, I always assume I’m between 12 and 15%, even when I bulked beyond 240 I never really felt I was carrying over 15% body fat, but I could be wrong on that.
@Kosan: Thank you man I have no doubt that in a few months will be matching my weight, the way you are growing it will be easy work for you! I’ll be definitely following your log from now on, although I’ve always read what you posted on the BOI.
I can definitely see my lat width increased a bunch, tris too, but my biceps looks flat and peakless. Chest is still lagging behind a lot… at least my Cutler waist is shirking.
Also weighted myself and took some measurements of my arms and legs.
Weight: 235
Arms: 19 probably 18 when I lean down more
Legs: 30 and a little bit
I plan on increasing the volume and intensity during the next few weeks, so I might be ruling out cardio. Also changing a few things. I’m taking a look back what I did and do for my stubborn bodyparts, and I notice I essentially keep doing the same stuff over and over again making minor changes. The best growth I experienced ( excluding when I was doing DC, that was the best growth phase I ever had ), was when I trained the bodypart more frequently and heavier, my back and legs are a good proof of this.
Epic training day, my biceps were cramping up BADLY after the 20 rep pinwheels, then pumped and full of blood on the Priest Curls. I might be onto something here, I haven’t felt my biceps so sore like this in a long time.
