First of all the major problem with your original post is that you posted it in bodybuilding.
I second that you need to look at your diet and add some more clean healthy foods to increase overall calories. What you are eating is fine just eat a bit more. The suggestion of placing it around you workouts is a good one.
Your training like your diet does seem a bit over complicated. If it is working and you are hitting goals keep doing it. You need to be honest about your progress. I am guessing that it is very possible that you may be a smaller and not significantly leaner version of yourself.
Also you say you want to add some mass in the future. You are 29, you need to really decide if you want to put on serious mass very soon. I am the same age and am realizing that the number of years that I can bulk is disappearing. I just made a hell of an attempt at growing and successfully bulled up to 250.4 lbs. I am currently cutting and am now at 215. I am planning to drop another 15lbs to attain 7-9% body fat.
My situation could be completely different, but I am wondering what % of body fat you think you will realistically end with if it is above 10, and given you height and body weight you could have abs and it be, then you are a long way from you second goal of attaining any amount of size that would equate to mass.
I am not trying to be harsh, I just think that you are at a similar crossroads to myself where you need To really consider how big you want to get an possibly make that a major priority very soon.
