Decision: Spike or HOT-ROX

I work out first thing in the morning and find that I get a much better workout if I take two Spike about an hour before I start lifting. I tried HOT-ROX for a few days and found that my workouts were suffering because I didn’t have that morning boost from Spike.

Now I can’t decide which way I want to go. Do I want to take Spike and have a better workout or do I want to take HOT-ROX for its ability to help me burn fat? I guess maybe it boils down to this: Are the weight loss effects of HOT-ROX worth taking a substancial decrease in workout performance due to cutting out Spike? I know it probably sounds a little crazy but Spike really does give me a huge boost.

Depends on what’s most important to you. If you are really trying to burn or drop fat then, I would use HOT-ROX. If that’s not as critical and you want that kick ass workout boost then use Spike.

If you are just staying in good shape and maintaning leaness do that through nutrition and activity, but if you are on a specific cutting cycle use HOT-ROX IMO.

I believe Cy Willson said it was okay to take them both 12 hours apart. That’s what I’m currently doing with no ill effects. Your mileage may vary.

I take 2 HOT-ROX when I get up at 6 a.m., then 2 Spike around 5:30 or 6 p.m. before my workout. You may want to try a lower dosage to begin with, and go from there.
