Hey all,
Has anyone tried rotating Spike and HOT-ROX for training on and off days?
I know both HOT-ROX and Spike warn against using them together, but my problem is i want to use HOT-ROX to help in cutting, but i like the effect Spike has on my workouts better than HOT-ROX.
So basically i am using Spike on training days and HOT-ROX for off days.
i would consider using the HRX with Caffeine-Free Spike when you run out of the nromal Spike, until then, switching up should be ok, i know a few people who do this with no ill effects. just keep an eye on it at first to be safe.
