Did 54kg X 3 again today but much more shaky.
warmed well.
wife moved the car window earlier and jarred my shoulder
on the second I lost the dumbbell behind me on my weaker / jarred side. Fortunately no one including me was injured.

50 X 3 .
Was knackered so changed track and practiced flicking dumbbells up for various inclines. It worked well. Presumably I will get better.

Did up to 24kg on 0 incline and
32kg on 20 to 30 kg incline.

Got a big pb on Powertwister but went off programme

not great. have a less physical job and old eating habits have kicked in.
Looking to start gym again. But my worksite is moving to the next city. I will need to get a proper home gym setup.

The only thing going very well is the Powertwister. I am very much more enduring now.

Positive is I have much more knowledge and experience of eating better and losing weight.

not a bad day today very sore from workout in upper back.

form broke down a little

160 X 1 comfortable 165 kg comfortable but tired good form though.

bicep curls 4 , 8 , 12, 14 ,16 kg X 10 each hand strict.

20 X 10 fairly strict less few reps hard.

big cheat for 26kg.then 26kg hammer curls not strict .

managed 24kg strict for 2 each hand fairly strict.

high rep twisters have strengthen my biceps

Hey guys.

I have improved my twister performance a lot. Hopefully I can move up to the next level up soon.

100 gold HAOYING X 4 1/2 reps

I might do some trap bar deadlifts to let my gauge my grip improvement.

I have starter using thick bar one arm deadlift .Got 59kg with blue fatgripz.

I am starting to dial in my diet again.
