I have been looking for a decent belt not sure if i should use the single or double prong any suggestions…thanks
Single its easier to get on. On that note though double prong isnt bad once you break it in. Really isnt much difference
Inzer Lever belt FTW

Very good choice.
But depending on how much weight hes movin, id suggest he goes with the 10mm.
10 mm single prong or leather.

I use this as well. Gotta find the best place for the underlap section but once you adapt its very nice
I have a 13mm single prong, I like it a lot. tried a double prong and it sucked, I almost got stuck. I saw someone get stuck in a ratchet belt; we had to take it apart to get him out, lol. If I was to buy another one, it’d definitely be a lever belt.
Any different with the lever belts? I was looking at this Competition Powerlifting Belts for Squat and Deadlift, 100% Leather, IPF and USPA Legal what do you guys think?
ive only been lifting for about 2 years, and im only 15. my school has inzer POWER belts that last forever. theyre good for deadlifting and benching, but as far as squatting goes, i like to go with a tapered leather belt for more support. and the belt u wanna use depends on ur experience and the amount of weight ur moving. i wont get a fancy belt until i start competing next year. good luck.
