Deca Homebrew Solidified?

I was assisting a friend homebrew some Nandrolone Decanoate using 10g of raw powder mixed into GSO, 10% BB, and 2% BA. We heated the liquids up using a beaker sitting in a saucepan with boiling water. The oild solution got to about 170f, and then we dumped the powder in. Stirred it around for about 10 min and it looked like it was all dissolved, nice and clear again.

We decided to let the oil cool before filtering. When the temp got down below 100f or so, we noticed that it was starting to solidify. We thought “WTF?”, so we stuck the vial into the oven at about 250f for about 20 minutes. Looked clear again. But, as soon as it cooled, it went right back to the solid state. When it was in the oven, we even squirted in some more BB and even a little bit of Guaiacol (a “super solvent”) into the beaker thinking it would help, but obviously it didn’t do anything.

WTF is going on? Has anyone seen this before?

Wow that’s crazy looking. Only a guess, but I’d say the powder’s bad.

I think you may have loaded more powder into the oil then the oil can hold in suspension at room temperature.

OR

They shipped you starch like corn powder or flour or potato starch.

I’m gonna have to agree with Gregus, either it’s non-legit powder, or you mistakened 10grams for 100grams. Best of luck though.

I think it would be obvious if he used 100g insead of 10g. lol

Unless you mis-measured, you definitely have bad powder. Deca dissolves easily and fairly cleanly. Best of luck…
