I’ve been staying in the 4-6 rep range. I am doing a workout of some sort almost everyday now though.

Getting injured actually helped me mix things up a bit and the rest also was a good thing too. I actually got leaner while I was off because I was actually able to reduce my carbs and my appetite wasn’t ridiculous. I might start taking every 5th or 6th week off completely now.
