The guitarist from Burzum will be getting out of jail in Denmark after serving his Life sentence soon this year. He was incarcerated for brutally stabbing 57x a member of another band whom was going to sign him on his label, however he died before he had the chance. Likewise, the same guy recalls how he had to place his boot on the guys head to pull the knife out of his skull as it got stuck as he was stabbing him.
By the way, the one album with the old church burning was not a publicity stunt, that same guy set a church on fire and took pictures. of it burning for his album cover. Talk about keeping it real, that guy IS death metal.
Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock since '93, most everyone has already heard the details regarding Varg’s conviction on burning of the stave churches in Norway, his murder of Euronymous, and his subsequent incarceration. To call Varg “the guitarist from Burzum” is a little misinformed as he was Burzum…having played every instrument on his albums.
He’s not getting out of jail in Denmark, and it wasn’t a “life” sentence. He was sentenced to 21 years, of which he served 16. He has already been released from jail…back in May 2009. And he’s always been imprisoned in Norway (Tonsberg, Trondheim, and Tromso). He is currently living with his family in Telemark and plans on releasing a new Burzum album soon.

misery signals i think has a good blend at least on the old cd of clean/harsh vocals and the cd nothing has a good vocal to match the deeper sounding guitars,
dont know if its been mentioned but what about emmure? and devil drivers self titled album in my opinion is flawless
Emmure / Devil Driver = not death metal. That being said, that style of music has its merits as well. It gets play in my ride.

Warbringer - Total War
I’m liking this new-age thrash sound.
This CD is our official Marvel vs. Capcom 2 soundtrack.
Warbringer… fuck yes.
BTW, No Krisiun pictures?!?!?!?!?!?!
Hah!
No sorry dude. That’s not even my camera, it’s a shitty cell phone as you can tell. Krisiun was pretty good, that’s probably why I didn’t even take any pics. I was interested in 'em because they are Brazilian, really nice guys too, just complimenting the crowd every other song thanking them for supporting them. Every band was good except Berzerker. They’re from Australia and they didn’t really bring anything new to the table, not that exciting.
Anywayssss, Warbringer is fucking kick ass. The song Combat Shock kicks ass too.
