I’m an emotionally challenged 22 year old. So what. Everyone can’t be a stud with awesome face muscles or say stuff all the time that is taken seriously. I have a therapist and powerful medication that alters my BMI. I try to control myself, but sometimes the impulsiveness just gets the better of me. Just think how bad it’d be if I didn’t have the medication.
So now you’re just bored and fucking with people, right? You should probably slam your dick in the door while smelling some gouda to get your mind off your eternal lameness…
Hear that? Didn’t think so.

You’re proud of neglecting arms? You’re just as bad as the people you’re complaining about. Sounds like you’ve been brainwashed by reading too many “hardcore” articles.
And don’t shit on a woman’s strength. Does she have a good figure? Then she knows what she’s doing.

I wish people would wake up and realize that their arms would get better if they’d man up and do some squats and deadlifts even for 3x10 with 1 min rest between them.

Seems like yours didn’t.
I press, row, do chin ups. I’m not where I want to be, but it’s a long road. 65lbs is fine, but for the last 2 months? Why not do sets of 30 reps with that or at least with the 10lb db pec flies? what is 10 reps going to do? That’s a reflection of the guy she lifts with that calls himself a trainer. Her figure is fine for a girl you’d see walking on the street, but looks nothing like a figure competitor.
The Picture you had to snap of yourself at a crowded beach is kinda sad.
You have no clue whether that hand is his best friend or not, dude.
That made me chuckle, but either the avi is not him or he posted a video of someone else squatting in the beginners forum. Most likely neither are him and that this is a bored troll who will go away when school starts.

You notice way to much of what Others are doing to be real.
You don’t know why these people are at the gym. That chick fucking with the dumbbell could be a pro shake weight model and she needs nice arms that move fast at her face. How would your squats help her?
Hush and train.
For real. I was just in an accident. I could see someone like the OP looking at how I lift right now and assuming all kinds of shit just because they don’t know about the injuries.
The OP has 12" arms.
I wouldn’t even post that on an open forum if building size was my goal…since that would mean I’m failing at it…especially with an overall body weight over 200lbs.
The OP is just as bad as the people he complains about.
He’s worse than the people he complains about, since the people he complains about are actually lifting at the gym, no matter how misguided or out of whack their efforts are. The OP just goes there with his thumb up his vag and tries not to leave herpes pustule pus all over the leg press machine. Plus, he’s 22 y/o and has the hairline of a 40 y/o and looks like the picture in his avatar is his first ever exposure to sunlight. He is completely devoid of testosterone.
You mean I’m not a real T-man?

LOL. I’ve never liked that term. I just know some of the people pointing out the most crap about others usually have quite a bit about themselves to fix.
You see that type of stuff mostly from the weekend warrior crowd…who are usually convinced that anyone doing better than them is a drug addict and/or stupid.
You’re a newb who likely won’t make it past that stage…because you already think the minimal effort you’ve put forth is worthy of praise.

It isn’t.
I am a newb/nub, but I’ll make it past the newb stage adaptation wise. I may never know jack shit though, but who can? There’s so much conflicting information in the iron game you could put your life’s work into something and no matter what a few groups of people would say it’s wrong. I’m not trying to be a professional power or o lifter or body builder. I just want to get a 2.5 ratio squat to body weight be able to rep the fuck out of 225 on bench and powerclean 315. Outside of that I don’t give a fuck about weight lifting. If I can do that before my performance starts to decline anymore I’ll be happy. What’s an admirable effort? Tearing my bicep, pec, and quad along with crushing a couple vertebrae trying to squat 1100lb? Winning some pointless body building comp? Fuck that. You can have it. I’m Ron Burgundy?

I think the question we are all asking is why someone with goals that minimal would be caring so much about what other people are doing in the gym…especially when one is a fitness model meaning she is already doing SOMETHING well.
Personally, a 225lbs bench was what we were after in high school.
I would likely avoid applauding that effort outside of specifically watching how many reps someone can do training for football.
